REVIVAL FOR SURVIVAL

The Psalmist asked,

Will You be angry with us forever?

Will You prolong Your anger to all generations?

Will You not revive us again,

That Your people may rejoice in You?

Show us Your mercy, Lord,

And grant us Your salvation. (Ps. 85:5-7)

He understood that without revival there would be no survival!

We are in such a sad, sinful, serious state in our churches and in our nation today. Many of our churches are stagnant or declining. Some are on death’s door. Unless there is urgent, desperate repentance there will be no revival, and without revival there will be no survival.

Without the church experiencing revival, there is no hope for the nation’s survival. We are meant to be the light and our light is dim. No wonder demonic darkness pervades the land! We are called to be salt, but we have lost our distinctive qualities that create salty potency. We cannot be surprised that corruption spreads through the country!

“Come to Jesus!”

That is the theme of the meetings at Stuart Auditorium, Lake Junaluska, March 4-7, with music beginning at 6PM and the services at 6:30 with Micah Ledford preaching. Would it not be wonderful as we gather together that a spark of revival would be ignited? Imagine that fire spreading across America in a mighty move of God!

Why not here? Why not now?

Pray fervently, plan to attend faithfully, and prepare your heart to seek the Lord fully.

Yours for Revival,

Dennis Thurman, Mission Strategist
