YOU CAN'T DO THIS IN HEAVEN

Maybe you are thinking: I can't sin in heaven. True--and I am so glad we will be free from evil forever. We will not even want to sin! Yet, there is something else you can't do in heaven, and we will wish we had one more opportunity--to lead someone to salvation! The door of salvation that is open now will be forever closed then. At the end of the age the eternal destiny of every human being will be fixed and final--heaven or hell!

So, if you are going to tell someone about Jesus--you need to do it now. For them and for you it is urgent for we never know when the final opportunity will be ours.

Even if we are faithful in evangelism, we cannot reach everyone. We are creatures limited by time and space. Yet, God has commanded us to take the Gospel to every nation. The Lord's method is for churches to be on mission for Him. We can reach people and places where we may never physically go. How? We do this through giving to missions.

Thousands of missionaries are dependent on our generosity in supporting the Lottie Moon Christmas Offering for International Missions. Every dollar you contribute goes to the mission field. Not a penny stays in the US. None of it is for administrative cost here.

I am convinced that someone will come up to a faithful giver in eternity and say, "I am here because you gave!" Then, we will rejoice together and give glory to our Savior!
